DANI CULLIMORE (they/she)
Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) & Clinic Owner

I'm thrilled to share my passion for acupuncture. My services have been helping people feel their best for the past 8 years in Guelph, ON.

As a Registered Acupuncturist, I am dedicated to providing excellent care. My journey with acupuncture began 14 years ago when I received my first acupuncture while travelling.

The relief and support I felt from these sessions - for grief and for pain, was so effective I decided to leave my professional career in research to study Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture. After years of study, hundreds of hours of clinical experience, and certification, I began providing Registered Acupuncture in 2016 and have served clients in Toronto and Guelph since. a member in excellent standing with the CTCMPAO, I am also certified in Clean Needle Technique. I have received many certifications, including several trainings in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture, Cupping Techniques, Guasha, and most recently completed a year long mentorship in Acupuncture for Trauma (physical, emotional, spiritual or/and ancestral).

When not working with clients, I enjoy exploring the beautiful nature trails around Guelph with my dog and participating in community events. I also love camping, canoeing, and dancing.

I am honoured to provide care to the residents of Guelph and my dedication to my craft and community is positively impacting our city. In 2023 & 2024 I was voted Platinum for Best Acupuncture, Guelph Community Votes. I appreciate your trust and support. I thank you for considering my services and look forward to helping you feel and look your best.

Land + Cultural Acknowledgement

Our clinic is located on the traditional lands of the Chonnoton/Attawandaron peoples. This land was included in the original treaty, the Dish with One Spoon Covenant. It is treaty territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. It has been stewarded by Indigenous Peoples long before settler arrival and is the home of many Indigenous People today. As a settler, I strive to be responsible for the cultural, social, colonial, and environmental impacts I have through my actions and inactions and support acts of reconciliation.

I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine and more recently, Classical Chinese Medicine Acupuncture. I am without ancestral or cultural ties to these vast, comprehensive, ancient and contemporary medicines. I lack a great deal of the knowledge, richness, detail and skill that folks with direct cultural and ancestral experience with East Asian medicine have. There is a great lineage of Masters of this medicine. And there are many practitioners of this medicine that even in Ontario are not able to practice due to discrimination and white-washing. Though this is slowly changing, it is still the case. I recognize my privilege as a white-bodied person to learn and provide from this medicine without harm or discrimination. I will perpetually be a beginner as long as I practice. I encourage you to also consider East Asian practitioners for your care team. I will continually examine my role in appropriation and how I can be a better ally in anti-racism. These statements are only a starting point.

At our clinic, we are anti-racist, pro-trans, and pro-queer. All are welcome. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, and we stand with the Black Lives Matter movement.

Stepping towards equity and justice, we offer two weekly sessions of no-cost/by donation ear acupuncture to anyone self-identified as part of the global majority, part of a targeted or discriminated against group or identity, or anyone in dire need. QT-BIPOC and Trans folks are prioritized for this ongoing offering.
